We offer a specialized service for repairing your eBikeling rim.
It's important to note that this service only covers the repair/replacement of the rim. If the issue is caused by another underlying problem, additional repairs or replacements may be necessary.
We understand that shipping costs can be a hassle, so we'll cover both sides of shipping for this service. Once your repair is completed, your motor wheel will be shipped back to you within 24 business hours.
To get started, simply purchase this service and send us the serial number of your motor to info@ebikeling.com. Please keep in mind that this service is exclusively for rim repair/replacement for eBikeling motors and does not cover any other repairs or replacements.
It's also important to note that this service is currently only available in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
