Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on a business day will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day, regardless of the selected shipping method (including Express).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) on all orders over $50.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico is available but will incur additional shipping charges, regardless of order total.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and APC (for international shipping), with Express services available at checkout.


Delivery Requirements

  • A signature is required for all orders totaling over $150.

  • If you would prefer no signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order to request its removal.

  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the package will be automatically rescheduled for delivery on the next business day or held at a local FedEx or USPS office for pickup, which will be available for 3-5 business days.

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, which will be deducted as a restocking fee from any applicable refund.

 

Shipping Address Policy

  • We only ship to confirmed addresses. Please ensure your shipping address matches the one associated with your payment account.

  • Address changes must be verified and confirmed by our Customer Service before shipping.

 


International Shipments

  • If you select USPS for international shipping, please note that tracking and insurance may not be available once the package leaves the United States.

  • Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred upon delivery.

  • No warranty coverage is available for international shipments.
