To be eligible for a return, all items being returned must be in their original packaging and accompanied by any instruction manuals, accessories, and other paperwork with prior authorization. RMA is required for all returns

Buyers have 30 calendar days to return any product starting from date of delivery (confirmed by the carrier)

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance, unless it is a warranty issue.

Packages damaged by carrier must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. This is to insure that we can file a claim with the carrier when applicable. Please send an email describing the damage and attach pictures of the part and the packaging for our inspection.

If the item is defective, then replacements can also be requested. Return costs are to be covered by ebikeling. Please contact us within the appropriate time frame. We will ship the replacement(s) once we receive the defective unit back.

Buyers will be charged 20% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue (waived on exchanges).
Additionally, there is a charge for the return label cost which will be added onto the restocking fee. A partial refund shall be issued accordingly.

All units are inspected for signs of installation upon our receipt of them. (Note: Units that have physical evidence of being installed/used may receive a 50% refund at our discretion. The decision is made based on our assessment of the part/unit and whether it can be resold as "used")
